John Reich is President of Reich Properties, Inc. and oversees all development and leasing for the company. His real estate experience began in 1987 as a V.P. in Commercial Real Estate Lending with SunTrust Bank. He branched into leasing and development in 1992, and in 2002 officially opened Reich Properties, Inc. with his wife, Shayna. Over the past 20 years, their portfolio has grown to include over 200,000 square feet of office, retail, warehouse and flex properties in Orange and Osceola counties.
Shayna Reich is Vice President and broker of record for Reich Properties, Inc. She began her career in real estate sales in 1990. Her responsibilities include employment and accounting operations for the company, and she is instrumental in all development and design decisions.
Paul has been with Reich Properties for over 10 years, in charge of field operations, including supervision of all construction and property maintenance. Paul manages the entire construction process, from bidding, to selection of contractors, negotiation of contracts, scheduling of work, quality control, and approval of payment applications. He also interfaces on site with all inspectors reviewing construction work.
Coleen has been associated with Reich Properties for over 10 years. Her experience includes lease and office administration and she currently handles accounts receivable and payable for all properties.
